PetFlora Well-Known Member Oct 21, 2018 #2 HD or Lowes has cheap vanity fixtures. Add some hooks to hang + ratchet hangers. It's how I started. If you ditch the CFLs and use LD SPOTS, 100% of their light hits the canopy hth
