What am I dealing with here??

To me it looks like an Mg deficiency but I just want to confirm. I fed them tonight with 1/8 strength. First feeding with an A+B mixture in over 4-6 weeks. They are being grown in Promix BX - room temp Lo around 22 celcius average day 20-21 at night. Turned heat up as well to warm up to 25-26 celcius. Running two LED 54W - 9 band - they run super cool so keeping temps high is becoming as difficult as keeping them lo can be lol any advice would be appreciated.

he's right they are sitting in cold wet soil... your leaves dropping will tell you that.. its not a deficiency at all.. its wet cold soil.. you need to let the soil dry before watering.. completely.. you can see the build up occurring on the top perilite from excessive watering.

I agree with you guy's but what can i do to keep the soil warm? I increased the temp in side the room to 27 and the temp inside the box is 25. I'm going to put my CFL's back in to get the temps a little more stable. The pots and soil are cold to the touch.....

they're elevated off of the floor of the box. My grow box is a massive stainless steel box and holds temperatures with in the metal well - whether they be warm ones or not....

Add some CFLs for heat ( I do ) and color spectrum. ( Or just buy a space heater...I guess )
I just buy the 10 dollar store 200 watt CFLs and a couple of lamp cord repair kits . ( 4 bucks a piece...comes with cord and socket )
I use LEDs and lack of heat is also a problem sometimes. So I increase heat with CFLs...also pure LED light screws with my eyes. A couple of full daylight CFLs makes it more tolerable.
I sometimes use heating pads placed under the pot if the night is too cold.
Also looks a little wet. Let it dry out a little more.
And if your going to use LEDS be prepared to supplement Cal / Mag ..a lot ! Something about the spectrum.
You can also wrap the pots in cardboard and tape. I use thermal blankets.
If you temp problems you need to keep the soil warm at least.
And again It does look a little soaked...vegging plants can go really dry without issue.

Heat was my biggest issue running HIDs, now I have supplement it running LEDs...go figure.

Thanks for the advice ogre, I'll have to go buy a couple mats maybe to help with this issue. The pics were taken immediately after watering with 1.5L. Do you think there is a Mag problem? I thought this but others are saying its purely an over water / lo temp problem. The LED's are definitely a little hard to deal with, makes me sick if there's no CFL in the background. Either way I'll let her dry completely before watering again.

The plant looks like its growing slowly like most of the led plants grow. Ii find that floro tubes grow a much taller less squatty plant because the intensity is low and the plant is reaching for it.
To me it looks like the whole plant is pale. Light green like it wants nitrogen or just all around food. I dunno what your feeding it but it looks like it wants some to me. Also if you are having problems with the soil being colder than the rest of the space just water less. Dryer soil will stay warmer id figure. Besides, you said soil so you dont need to have runoff if youre not feeding them yet. I feed my girls that are five times that size with 1.75 litres every two or three days. No runoff. Whatever is in that soil i want it to stay there because im not feeding yet. So why rinse the soil of soluable stuff the plant needs right?
So ya, id say less water and some food. Good luck, it still looks great, and im sure itll come around.

Awesome, thanks for the info. By soil I meant soil-less medium - I'm using Promix BX. I am feeding them already as the Promix has no nutrients (that I know of, I've been told over and over that it does and more so that it doesn't....)So when you say that you're feeding 1.75L to a much bigger plant, does this mean that I should only be dampening the "soil" with my feed instead of soaking it? Maybe only .75L or 1L?? When I water I tend to water until I see a little bit of run off and I am left with a small puddle in the drip tray after watering is done. Like I said before, the pic shown is right after a watering/feed and that was the first feeding in a month as I had incurred nutrient burn the feeding previous to this one. I'll post some pics tonight when I get home to show what has happened since this feeding.

So I have one more problem now to deal with. I noticed that the leaves are not thickening and that they are start to cup....well when I went to put the second one back into the grow box I noticed something stringy on the bottom of the plant, as I'm sure you've guessed it was the roots. I have a shit ton of roots poking out of the bottom of this by an inch or more. They are in 3Gal pales, should I transplant, if so, how and into what???

What am I dealing with here??
