If you blow it up you can see betterFirst thing you should do is take a few better pictures, I can't tell one way or the other by looking at those pics
I use organic potting soil, bar guano and earthworm castings. Nothing else. Plain water. A fan and lights.what soil is that it could be a few things... over watering or the medium is too hot.. just keep an eye on it and let the soil completely dry out before watering again. if new growth is normal and green your good to go

I wasn't doing it when it's convenient, i was going by what was suggested. I've watered more or less as needed.forget a flush just leave it, im sure it will be okay just make sure that you allow the soil to dry out completely before you water it... you cant just say "next water is in 3 days" you have to learn to know when they need it not when its convenient for yourself to do it.. put finger in soil down to your knuckle and if its completely dry down 2 inches then it needs water.. if its still wet leave it.....
