What are Good Nutrients/Fertilizers?

Is there something i can use that is simple like 1 bottle which has all the nutrients for the veging stage and another for the flowering stage? or is using all those diff ones better?
I cam going to grow in soil and i live the uk so any nutrients/fertilizers in the uk would be helpful.

Well i just ordered the base Advanced nutrients line Grow Micro Bloom before I was just using jacks classics but I hear many good things from there base system cant wait to try it out...
