What are light movers? Useful in a grow tent?

Are they useful in a grow tent? 56"x56"x76"??

Movers are always helpful. Use them. I do.

Light movers allow you to put the light closer to the plant canopy because it moves keeping one spot from being burned. I had 1000 watt aircooled HPS 4 inches from tops with my lightmover. It also gives light to shaded leaves because point of light changes. 2 lights > 1 light w/ lightmover > 1 light.

but the size of your grow tent may dictate that it is not overly helpful.... another thing to consideris CO2 augmentation....
