Sea of Seeds and Attitude are the two that I've used.. 7/7
And before I clicked on the thread, I told myself, "wow, this dude is ordering seeds to China!" Silly me, I was wrong.
On a side note, did you know you can go to jail for getting raped in Dubai? Not raping...GETTING raped. Just FYI, but I think you know where I'm going with this. Be thankful where you are for fuck sake.
And oh yea, Herbies and SOS are the fad in seedbanks right now till Chicago calms the fuck down and people gain confidence in the Tude again..

Id go with the single seed centre
They have the cheapest guaranteed shipping and cheapest shipping in general.
Ive only had to have my package replaced once and they did it for the price of shipping which is only $16.
Only one ive ever used and ive only ever lost one package but it was replaced.

Before going with Attitude, for now it seems their packages in particular are being targeted so a word of caution there.
Sea Of Seeds is building an EXCELLENT reputation for very fast and incredibly stealthy deliveries. The site has a few niggles, but bear with it, they sort everybody out and in the end there are no complaints. I love the 'tude and personally I still use them but I am not in the USA.
Sannies Seeds also has an EXCELLENT reputation for fast stealth delivery. Limited selection, but I have only read GREAT reviews on their in-house genetics.
Herbies Headshop is another RIU favourite. I have also got wind that some of their parcels are getting nabbed at Chicago so once again, you might want to be cautious.
Hang around in the Seedbank Review section for a while and you'll see who you personally feel most comfortable with.

If an Attitude parcel gets lost and you used stealth shipping, you do not have to pay for shipping AGAIN, neither from any of the other banks listed. I'd say that's a raw deal as you paid twice for shipping bro...
