what are the best nutes. for flowering???

my buddy gave me a free bottle of general hydroponics micro from my buddy cause he runs the lucas formula and dosent use it, but my question is that im gunna use this for veg and was wondering what you guys think is the best nutrient for flowering. i plan on using purple maxx for the resin production/ color enhancement along with one of these nutrients listed below unless you guys think theres better ones out there...thanks
