I've been growing inside for 4 weeks and the plants arepretty weak. The stem is flimsy and now the leaves are wilting. What are some options to help make it stronger?

water only when dry and use miracle grow 10-15-10 or something like that not what i use but It works good and is easy

Don't use miracle grow anything!
that stuff is too strong for MJ and doens't give them what they need.
if your leaves are wilting you are either over watering or under watering.
as growdisstuff said, water only when dry. the roots need oxygen which they cant get if they're too wet.
