No doubt about it bud rot. Known as botrytis sorry for your loss!! Cut it off and save what you can

Should I harvest the plant now?? There's only a few spots and the plant still seems super healthy? Or jus cut the whole node off or jus the brown spot?

Already dun this is my first bud rot experience so I should jus keep a eye out for more browning spots like tht??

Yup just went through it myself and then found out that there's some milk washes and stuff like that out there so I would do some research on that before you cut all of it as always thank you for your time and the best of luck

The milk wash will not kill botrytis. Thats a Powdery mildew thing.

Cut out the bud rot and cross your fingers.
