What are these shiny little flys that love my plant? Are they harmful?

I recently transferred my indoor Biscotti x Ice cream cake girl outside and I’ve noticed these little shiny flys LOVE to be around her. I haven’t noticed any damage over the week but can anyone tell me what these guys are ??

Looks like young house flys to me. If no damage i wouldn't worry to much.i don't know if they can have a negative impact on your plants.

Houseflys love plants from my experience. Not sure they're harmful but you'd have to assume that they're eating something. Wish I could help more!

it seems these are the only flys I’ve seen on the plant. They LOVE it. I think they’re attracted to the smell but i don’t know. Fuck bugs.

Yeah, I've never noticed visible damage with them, but they are dirty insects. Often hanging out in garbage. Kind of gross lol

Looks like flys... no harm... they breed in soil. So they are probably coming from there
