What are these spots on my plant? [Pictures]

Please help me out, I have some funny spots on my plant, It feels hard and dry.
Right now i'm watering with zero PPM water, it's about 3 weeks old and I have never given it any Fertilizer.
It's planted in potting soil.
Any advice would be great! Thank you!

what nutes are already in the soil? that bitch is green as a motherfucker. she looks like she is burned either by nutes or high temps. im leaning towards nutes a bit more than temps.

looks like your soil may not be aerated enough - could be a touch of root rot. not too much perlite there unless you got something else we don't know about. what's in the soil? if there's nothing in the soil then she's gonna be running out of N pretty quick though that's not what this looks like.

Looks like you spilled something on it. Are you spraying them with anything?
