What are these white dots!?

Hey all.. these are on the lower part of the stem... plants look really healthy, but was still concerned.. appreciate your expertise! these are two separate plants, same strain.

It's where roots would form. Don't sweat it. It's normal.

I don't know but if I had to guess spider mites. When it comes to plant problems that is the only thing I have every read where white dots show up. Now I have never encountered them before so it is just a guess but I'm sure somebody with more experience will say

rhey look root starts to me. how far up on the plant is this happeneing. if its low on the plant dont worry. if its high up on the plant it could potentially be eggsnof something.

It's lower... As you move up the plant, they fade always... So looks like I can rest easy... Haha. Paranoid first timer...
