I like your strategy. Im sitting here lifting a 25 pound weight in one arm when im not typing. Im just wondering, does flexing actually do any kind of help because it moves your muscle and shit.Do pullups and pushups...maybe some situps or crunches.
Then look in the mirror and flex four hundred million times. Rinse and repeat.
