i know i have been excersizing, skipping meals, eating pretty right, and stuff but it is a slow process so till then i need to look my best by using unnatural ways.

I like your strategy. Im sitting here lifting a 25 pound weight in one arm when im not typing. Im just wondering, does flexing actually do any kind of help because it moves your muscle and shit.

lifting a weaker weight and doing a lot of reps tones you, lifting the heaviest weight you can at 8-10 reps builds muscle. not eating defeats the whole purpose cause your body starts eating your muscle. unless you a biggie with fat to spare. but you need to eat either way.

bun a zoob to relax the muscles, do 100 press ups. bun another zoob. do 50 sit ups. bun another zoob. do 50 press ups. bun another zoob. do 25 sit ups. do this every day and i can gaurantee u will get more muscular faster. i will hurt like hell but it works.

im eating bannans and salads and apples but i skip breakfast and somtimes lunch and eat supper

Lol, you've got some research to do buddy. You're wasting your time lifting weights if you're eating 1 meal a day...you should be eating 5-6 small meals a day if you want to get into any kind of shape.

Seriously, don't buy a fucking muscle shirt! That is the most homoerotic/metrosexual idea I've ever heard!

As has been said, if you are pumping weights you need protein, food = energy, eat healthily, but don't skip meals. Research first or go make an appoinment with a nutritionist, and one with a personal trainer (most gyms have em for free if you sign up) then you will have all the info you need.
