I cant understand you... Elis Regina is from Porto Alegre (Brazil; sings in Portuguese)), And Radio Futura are from Madrid (Spain; sings in Spanish)...Pretty sure it's Portuguese though I get to that conclusion not by my own language skills but rather the history, subject and writer of the song.
