What bug is this? Will it hurt my plants?

I've attached a picture of this bug, usually i wouldn't go to such efforts but i'm constantly flicking these things off my plants. I've been starting to get worried if they are dangerous to the plant?

I'm not sure if they are just a common spider that eat insects or something
that's going to eat my plant!

Looks like a white crab spider, I don't think they will hurt anyhting they eat other insects.

Do you have damage to the plants at all? Just looks like a spider.

I have plants, It just happened the easiest one of these spiders to take a picture of was sitting on another plant.
Okay that's good these spiders are on my side, i shall keep them on and they shall guard my humble plants.

Oh no dude, thats la chupacabra. Don't worry though, they only eat goats.
