What bug is this?

Found the litter bugger crawling on my pot foot while I was watering, he jumped off after I took the picture.

looks like a springtail which could be beneficial as well as harmful…but usually beneficial..they break down organic matter. Usually see them crawling on the sides/lids of pots and on the soil
