I think they move but not sure lol, they are small and red and look like they are just a fat shell like body, almost like the shape of a stink bug.

dont you see the small white dots on the leafs ? these bugs are sucking on the leafs . act now or lose this plant !

If you want an ID give us a much better picture. As BoC mentioned, those white spots are a problem. Check the underside of the leaves with a scope and see if you have spider mites.
