What can I do with stunted plant?

yes, dont water until its dry and light, right before the plant wilts, and dont soil feed again until the plant is once again thriving and do mist a a very weak foliar feed ever couple days in veg until you dont want to anymore. when you do water add 1/4th the soil volume in water all at once.

it will bounce back but go a bit easier on the water it looks like mud
