What causes cupping dying new growth?

Hey guys I’m having trouble with my plant outdoors. Grown in coco in a 100Litre pot. New growth last Sunday all of a sudden turned yellow and brown, curling and canoeing up, turning crusty and dying off. It’s happening to most of the new growth, worse in some places than others. It’s a very big plant it has been vegging for 6 months now outdoors. Was originally a reveg

Now that flowering is meant to start in a week or 2 this problem has started. It isn’t too hot, as my other plants next to it are fine, just not as big as this one. The bottom growth, and new shoots under the net are perfect and not damaged.

I use an Australian fertiliser Called powerfeed plant food, for tomatoes and vegetables.

I have a spider mite problem which I’ll spray for next week before flowering, I’m used to this problem and it isn’t what’s affecting the leaves

Looks like nute burn from the cheap ass nutes your using. Flush then start using nutes for coco like canna coco or terra.
either nute burn or its just had a very hot day that stresses the shit out of it.
This is a problem going into flower.

It could just be a combination of too much fertilizer burn/nutrient lockout in combination with a spider mite problem.

I know your frustration, especially when other plants next to it are doing much better. What you need to try to do is quell the spider mite problem asap. Your buds will end up worthless if you try to wait till next week. Spider mites are horrible for sure, but no where near as bad as broad mites! Believe me, nothing but industrial poisons will kill them (broad mites), at least out here in California. If its not too hot, spray them with safer insecticidal soap BEFORE flowering.........twice, 3 days apart. So that kills the newly hatched eggs along with any adults. Also, spray plain water on the plant to wash off the residual potassium salts the Safer soap has in it between sprays. Thats my best recommendation
