So i;m having whilting ony one plant when i put it under mh, then cfl brings it up again...Whats up with that???

How old is the plant? How close are you putting it to the MH? What strain? The only thing I can think of is you are putting it too close or something. That's a little strange.

Big bud, plants are about 5 weeks old growing vigorusly.

Oh and bulb is about 30 inches away
