What could I do with this fixture grow wise?

I have this light fixture that has been in storage that is very heavy and puts out 1000w. Now im not very good at electrical work but the diagram shows how to wire into 120 volts so I could wire it to a wall plug to go into an outlet. What my question is, is could I wire this to a plug and get a simple s52 HPS bulb a bulb like this https://www.1000bulbs.com/product/6463/LU1000-67307.html?gclid=CjwKEAiAqozEBRDJrPem0fPKtX0SJAD5sAyHjDSzFGNWUg5IPGC0S6FjxC25KQo43xyTq8uCTxx5HBoCUbzw_wcB and make a grow setup? Do I need to get a ballast or is that what all the copper coils inside the fixture are (like I said I'm not good with electrical work)? Would I need other that that bulb and a plug to make a grow setup? Please look at the pictures provided.

Is that an actual risk? Things like this I am uncertain about so I would like to know more about it, if I had a well ventinalated room to grow in would there still be a fire risk if wired properly?

It's a risk even with a light you get a grow store, but that thing just looks scary to me.

Okay. Aside from the fire risk one of my bigger questions is will I need a ballast or will it work with an 1000w hps just by plugging it into the wall?

Always a risk of fire with something that runs that hot. Absolutly you need a ballast with HPS Bulbs.

Looks like the ballist is there already. Get the bulb and try it out. If you are worried about fires get a AFGI outlet.
