Some kind of fungi or something?

Well …. Plant is lacking P and N . Not sure what and how you feed .
Will need full grow info.

nutes
medium
temps / rh
water / ph
strain

Plus that trellis is doing nothing.

I see a recent repot. It was rootbound and over fertilized if not locked out by the pot size. You need to just use water to actual run off until no distinction is between old and new medium. I would suggest a 1Tbsp fish emulsion, 1 tbsp epsoms salt with a drop or two of dishsoap to a quart of water. Spray two days and dump the mix. Instant breakfast till roots recover. Then continue feeding.
