I’m in coco and did neglect here for a few days but did flush her with 2 gallons awhile ago
Yes and I doubled the dose on the cal-mag today because I was thinking the same deficiencyFS,
Looks like a Mg deficiency to me. Are you using calmag?

That’s the best pic I could get with the lighting but it has a light tent to a few leaves as this oneWhat are you seeing?
I wouldn’t do anything drastic it looks very healthyYes and I doubled the dose on the cal-mag today because I was thinking the same deficiency

I usually do 5.8 but I looked to see what the mg nute update was and decided to do 6.0 today hoping it would take it easier if that was the deficiency I was havingWhen I was in coco I noticed my plants liked lower pH than I was expecting for their uptake.
All I really did was flush it with two gallons one gallon having double dose of cal-magI wouldn’t do anything drastic it looks very healthy
That big leaf in the middle...note the fading between veins. Called interveinal chlorosis and you'll see it in Mg and K deficiencies. Mg is most commonm unless there's overfeeding...then K can get locked out with a similar appearance. What are you seeing? Looks very healthy
That's a good choice. You don't have any Ca issues so maybe keep calmag at standard dose and throw in a little epsom salts so you don't get too much Ca. I'd use 1/2 tsp/gal and once it improved...include 1/4 tsp/gal as maintenance dose. All I really did was flush it with two gallons one gallon having double dose of cal-mag

How do you tell the difference? If a pH is off and the nutrient is not taken up then it shows as a def.that is a def im sure, not ph issue....i hope your fix works bro
Thanks I’ll keep this chart in mindHow do you tell the difference? If a pH is off and the nutrient is not taken up then it shows as a def.
I never really trust these charts but when I had mg problems in coco I found setting low would help.
I know, you did nothing wrong I’m just saying it’s not bad at all and I wouldn’t try to do too much. Looks good though! All I really did was flush it with two gallons one gallon having double dose of cal-mag

Basically you just need your PH to be in the 5.0 - 6.0 range an you'll be all good. How do you tell the difference? If a pH is off and the nutrient is not taken up then it shows as a def.
