What cover crop to plant to keep lacewings around?

The adults can feed on pollen when other pests aren't found. But I was wondering what cover crop I can plant that'll produce pollen in my flowering room so the lacewings have a secondary source of food? Currently have white dwarf clovers but not sure if they will work for my situation. Thoughts?

You could employ banker plants as part of your IPM system, but you need room to grow the plants perpetually. Lacewings are generalists so any kind of monocot like wheat grass or oats would work, along with an introduction of the prey that feed on them like oat aphids that are available commercially. Then you cover both bases - nectar and some meat!
