What deficiency is this or is it light burn?

Hi there....first grow that is finally going somewhat right. So, I see some tops that are pale compared to others and I also noticed brown spots on the leaves of the stalks that are not as dark green as should be. I just flipped coming up on 3 weeks ago....from what you can see, am I in any need to worry? I've been told that deficiencies sometimes happen in the early flower stage? Any advice/help is greatly appreciated as I'm almost to the finish line. Lol

Hard to tell with the lighting... Are you able to take another picture when your grow lights are off? Maybe use flash on your phone or if your ceiling lights are enough to illuminate the tent for the photo that works too.

I’d flush one good cycle then feed them cal-mag 5ml per gallon you can mix with nutes only water when top two inches of soil are dry. Remove the leaves that are seriously affected.

So its calcium I'm short on? Just so happens I just bought some cal-mag cause a friend said its a must to have on hand. Lol. Does it take a day or two or is it instant?
