What defiency does this look like, i cant figure out what it is.

Is he too far along to salvage? What would you do to mitigate that? Unplant, replant , flush for a day or two and than remove the effect foliage and than feed?
It just occurred to me that the OP did mention this grow in question is with used soil from the previous one. You may be onto something.
 
What nutrients are you using? The tacking effect of your leaves looks like light burn. What is your light? Also the better of the two plants leaf veins yellowing looks like calcium. The omnipresent yellowing of the leaves looks like phosphorus and maybe potassium. What is your watering and feed schedule? Also, pot type and size. I switched to general hydroponics trio fertilize, the light is 2 viparspektras xs2000 in a 4x4.

I've added some pics as of today. Ppfd at 620 and below according to the phone App.
