What Did I Do Wrong?

So I'm finally on my first grow. Things have been going alright, not perfect but that's expected. There is so much conflicting perspectives on these sites, I just dove in and hoped I could learn along the way.

I have 2 plants in 1L air pots after germination. Popped about a week ago. Coco w/ perlite. Very light nutes. 18/6

One of my plants stretched a lot during germination. It seemed to still be stretching a bit, so I decided to lower my lights. I figured once I replanted I could bury the stem a bit.

Yesterday, after I last checked on them before bed everything was fine.

I did make some adjustments and idk what went wrong specifically

I thought my slow growth was attributed to low light.
I have two connected spider farmers in a 2x4. Initially had both lights at about 30 in at about 20% power. Lowered it to about 25 in at 40% based on posts I've read.

I also kept my humidifier on throughout the night. When I wake up, the rh is usually in the 40s. I know it should be around the 70s so I kept it on this. When I checked this morning it was about 79%

When I woke up, homegirl had a large gangsta lean.

How do I fix what I did wrong? And what did I do wrong?

Thanks for the help!

I would open up those pots and dump the soil and bury those strechlings to the leaves barely are above the surface

The extreme lean is from the lights getting to for away of not drying enough. The coco is also extremely dry. A thorough soak would be a good start.

What my coco looks like starting.
