It's more like keif. I like bubble because it reminds me of the dark brown candy bar looking hash I got 20 yrs ago but the process was really labor intensive. After cutting, hanging, trimming and tearing down the greenhouse the last thing I want to do is spend another weeks worth of nights buying ice and fucking with a drill and those bags. The dry ice sells for 1.30 a pound at the supermarket here and a batch of a QP or so takes a few pounds of it and about 5 minutes. No drying, no mess.... No problem
I just started using the iso method this year and I'm very impressed with the results. Quick, easy, and gave much more honey brown goodness than I was expecting.
If I had pounds of trim, rather than just ounces, I'd probably spring for some bubble bags.
Well I have been saving the trim to make bubble hash but a buddy of mine showed me some bubble hash made without bubble hash bags. This stuff was much more soft than the normal bubble hash I have made in the past. My buddy said he was going to learn how to make the soft bubble hash, im wondering if it was the dry ice method. I got 8 bubble bags and all the trim waiting but I am waiting to see if he learns the new method he was talking about hearing from a friend.
