i had northern lights and orange bud flowering at 2 1/2 weeks old, orange bud was ready within 11 weeks from germ, gave me 2 oz dryi wanted to but i heard it takess 4 weeks to tell the sex of a plant going 12-12 from seed, and that 2 of the week the plant still vegges so i decided to actually veg 18-6
alright. it could work but if its still to hot in there i would go with an inline fan. they do a really good job and they are not that loud. you should veg for 4 weeks too. it will make a big difference in your yield. i always veg for 4 weeks. unless you need to finish them earlier or something thats what i would do.im using the pc fan for the carbon filter,so this wont work for the carbon filter?its a homemade one and im not cutting an exhaust hole anymore im gonna be leaving the closet door open for a certain ammount of hours instead, itll let out all the heat.
the "key" is:plenty of ventilation is key, im running 2 fans,a 4 inch and a 5 inch, got to keep the heat down and air flowing ,80 or below if you can
I'm not flaming but if you haven't successfully harvested a crop or even flowered a female, then you're a newb! There's nothing wrong with not knowing all the answers. I've been at this on and off (mostly on) for the better part of 15 years and I'm still learning new shit all the time. There's always somebody with more knowledge, and there'll be a whole lot more folks with less. Best of luck and happy growing my friend.im not a noob, just never been able to flower a female before.ive grown 7 times inclduing this one and the previous 6 1 i had to throw the plants away and the other 5 were all males.
true. i think i mentioned in my first post about experience but ya genetics is also a big one. the list can go on and on. no 2 growers will achieve the same exact results.I would have to say that grower skill/knowledge/experience is a huge factor in there as well. You can have the best of the best of everything and still not be able to grow a dime bag if you don't know what you are doing. I also didn't see plant genetics mentioned. They play a role as well.
o ya this has nothing to do with this topic but i wanted to say i assume your name is about the chicago bears and im from wi so i love da packers lol. its all good tho we both love growing. Thanks, yea I just made a homemade carbon filter last night and just remodded it so itll work perfect. And the i mentioned what seeds I am using thats all i know about them.
that would be a good idea. not bashing the dude who started this thread but there are alot of things wrong with this grow and it seems ur comment is like saying i dont know what im talking about? thats how i see it.just listen to this guy l9ol
