It's a few things. Check diode quantity against efficacy is the first thing I check.
Most bar style lights will be pretty close in ppfd uniformity given similar fixture dimensions.

Spread, spread, spread.
The whole point of the bar lights, is that they don't have a nuclear-hot center like quantum boards.
Next step IMO is having the outer edges of the fixture slightly convex to throw more light into the corners.

I don't see a bar option for a 2 x 4 space and I also don't see any UV diodes on any of the models you currently offer is this correct @Spiderfarmerled
