What do you care about? What actually matter about your weed to you that makes it great?

What is your actual priorities for what matters when it comes to your own person stash?

For me it's taste and smell. I get fairly high pretty damn easily. I'm not incredibly worried about THC levels or really any other compounds that get me high. It's gonna happen regardless lol.

If my weed doesn't taste good, smell good before smoking and smell crazy while smoking I am not fully satisfied.

So what about you folks? What actually makes good weed good to you?

IDK for me I liken it to food. If food is cooked with love and care, it just taste better and is more satisfying..imo. (Retired chef here.) Its the difference between Mc Donald's and Grandmas home cooking.

Same goes for marijuana. If a plant is grown with love and care, it comes through in the
final product. If a plant is grown for profit with no love that also shines through.

They say the marijuana in the shops around here is testing in at 30% THC, mine probably doesn't have that much but its still better. Taste, smell, buzz...all around just better.

I spend time with my plants, hand feeding, training, playing plant tetris to fit them all in just so. I talk to my plants, sing to my plants, pray for my plants...That all comes through in the final product. I can really concentrate on a plant and dial it in. Commercial growers have no time for that. I grow small batch artisanal marijuana.

Oh ...and good genetics helps too!

I like taste and smell and smoothness of the smoke, if I have to smoke a little more to get
a good high or relax so be it,, as long as it meets those 3 criteria THC and the CBD is 2nd
in that if it tastes bad and is real harsh I'll smoke something else...

Morning Wizz....both of those for me as well as I'm medical, so it HAS to kill pain. Hence I grow indies or hard indica leaning hybrids. Also helps relax my mind( PTSD) and sleep.
Another huge asset is I KNOW how it has been grown, what has been put into it.
Roll them dice smoking others....

I look for the high. The stronger the better, but it's interesting to try different strains and rate how they affect you also.

I've had some good ones where you'd be cleaning the entire house after a bowl, or it can make a great smoke before a workout.

On the other side you have some that can make you melt into the couch and/or sit there laughing your ass off at a movie.

Big yields aren't bad either :weed:

2. effects. potency. main reason for use
3. bud structure, density
4. bag appeal, trim level, select flower tops

In all my years of smoking I’ve never noticed any difference in strains or type (indica versus sativa), but what I do notice is it’s strength/potency and how it tastes and smokes. So when I grow I want a strain that has a high thc level. I’m not a heavy smoker. A gram is more than enough to last me a day, but what I do want is for that gram to be good and strong so I can enjoy the effects of those three or four bowls. Second to potency I want a nice tasting smooth smoke.
