These two plants seem to be the furthest along how much more time do you think they have? First day of 12/12 was 9/22 so three months into flowering and I gotta know is end in sight!?! Sorry for being dramatic.

Get a big magnifying glass or scope or loupe. I see a whole lot of fresh pistils still.

It would be what I expected. You have about another week at least from a far away glance. But your bud looks great! I do not wait until X% turn amber. If they are all cloudy, you are good to go.

I'm afraid I would take a sample to smoke and then decide. You can always go longer.
