All due respect, but sometimes I think that some light builders would opt to fly the Millennium Falcon three blocks to get to the grocery store instead of just walking! All these gadgets and controllers....seems like a kid's game. If and when these controllers become as user-friendly as learning to flip on a light switch or setting a mechanical timer, then I'll just stick to "walking to the store"....nahmean? :)

I totally agree man, all this crap they have on here is going to fail just a matter of time.. I got excited and got these lights it's too late now, if I could go back I wouldn't get these lights, I msged he online store I bought the lights since they didn't come with a Manual he said to contact Cirrus directly, I call them yesterday at 3PM goes directly to answering msg, I try to get on there site to see if I can download a manual and the site is down!! For $2000 a light they hammered the ends to close the gap... crazy shit man.. I'm just hoping they grow some incredible buds...

That light is damaged man. Did you drop it? If not you should call them. They've always been avaliable for when I call.

They've always answered or gotten back to me when I've called. Did you leave a message?

And I really like the app. Seems pretty straight forward to me.

Yo, I bought two also, but only one turns on at a time.. the company Is closed and I transplanted already. I got both to turn on, but now I can only control one to switch to veg mode, I have been fiddling with them thru the app and the app actually sucks any ideas?? Also how's your fro going with these??
It's not the app, you have to group them if you want to control both at the same time. That's what I did. My grow is going well, I just started though. My friend is getting some killer results though.

No bro I didn't drop it they are both like that... that's the way they came thare box wasn't damaged so I figured that's how they are... how can they both be like that?? I will call them Monday

Nice setup. They definitely shouldn't be dented like that. Mine aren't.

Maybe they sent me refurbished ones... it's just how the hell do I send these back to him in the middle of my grow? I'm kinda screwed and stuck with these now :/

I'm not sure, but I'm sure they will sort you out if you call them.
