i'd say somewhere from 1/4-1/2 oz. u should look into using mollasses during flowering as well. increases bud density by 20%! 2-3 tsp per gallon of water.

yea lights will play an important role in bud density.best would be HPS. HPS=nice thick juicy buds! haha although cfls have done adequate jobs of producing respectable buds(if you have enogh of them) and sun light will produce good if not great buds.

a oz, maybe 2 if the conditions are all ideal.if your lighting system and soil and nutes and watering properly. if conditions are poor 1/4-1/2 oz is my rough estimate, you didnt show us a pic though so its really hard to guess. your 13 in. plant might look great or be badly stretched or look about average for all we know w/o pics.
