I miss really good LSD and a decent erection.Well I was taking a ride down memory lane looking through some old pictures. You know the kind you took with your Kodak camera that had the little square blocks you put on top to get a flash. That got me to thinking about what I miss the most. Lets face it, we all had a favorite car at some point, mine was a 71 Olds Cutlass.
But what I really miss the most I think was my original copy of the limited edition of "High Times Encyclopedia of Recreational Drugs". I had notations and dog eared pages and I spent many hours looking at the book. The sad part is that I loaned it to a friend (thought he was anyway) and he abruptly moved out to Edmonton to get in on the big job boom. I never saw it again.
So, Boyd Bradley, where ever you are, you are a fucking lowlife thief. Jeez that felt good.
lol, i hung on to those bell bottoms for so long thinking both my waist and the style would come backI miss my 29" waist and handfuls in high school pussy and paddling out on my surf board the most.
And 29 cent gas...
I know! I went every year (almost) from '61 to '80. It was still pretty mellow then.Shit l used to live close enough to experience the 2nd pic. Hard to believe it exploded like that
The worst thing was pantyhose. Many of us wanted to meet the jerk that invented pantyhose just so we could punch him in the nose. That Quaalude ad is awesome .. wish I had some. Different world.
But the best thing about the seventies was the music, comon.
Cars were shitty and undependable, no internet, and pussy was way too bushy.
Not that I'm old enough to remember. Childhood amnesia isn't a bad thing.
You and 5,000 other swinging dicksI spent the latter part of the '70s on a destroyer in the Pacific fleet so I kinda miss the Asian hookers and barbecued monkey meat on a stick.
I still have a 28" waist- I have Levis from highschool that still fitI miss my 29" waist and handfuls in high school pussy and paddling out on my surf board the most.
And 29 cent gas...
That reminds me Sandoz LSD. I'm not really a fan of hallucinogens but it was amazing compared to street LSD. Pharmaceutical cocaine is still out there, thank you Mallinkrodt, never cared for it either LOLFitzsimmons Army Hospital and pharmaceutical coke.
Hey I just like the way it smelled. That reminds me Sandoz LSD. I'm not really a fan of hallucinogens but it was amazing compared to street LSD. Pharmaceutical cocaine is still out there, thank you Mallinkrodt, never cared for it either LOL
Well said and ain't that the truth. The single thing I miss the most is....the way I thought the world was.
I guess what I mean is, that I could be floating on an inner tube on a hot summer day...and that was all there was...I wasn't worrying about anything....no bills, responsibilities....just water, rubber, sun and bliss. It didn't stay that way long....but I miss being that kind of human being even if it was just for a short time.
