3 to 4 lights the output seems pretty good to me.
I'm using a 1000W HPS that heats up. I also have a 1000W MH going, more heat. I don't have AC and summer will be here soon. Looking for ways to reduce heat/raise yield.3 to 4 lights the output seems pretty good to me.
4 for a better spread , just keep in mind that these put off some heat . But i dont think so much as an HPS .
don't give up on the cmh, i bet you put it too close and it bleached the plantsI'm using a 1000W HPS that heats up. I also have a 1000W MH going, more heat. I don't have AC and summer will be here soon. Looking for ways to reduce heat/raise yield.
I did buy a "Sun System HGC906200 LEC 315 Watt 3100K Ceramic Philips Green Power CDM Lamp and ballast" to replace the 1000W MH but it's the wrong K for veg. I had some green clones that I transplanted to dirt in red Solo cups > put under that light. The root masses were large after a couple of weeks but the tops were yellow., way light.
I switched them back to the MH and they are turning green.
I read on RIU, every time you hear a crackle, it's a burning bug.
Which model spectrum are you going with and how can you tell the difference (in the link)?
The footprint of the smallest fixture is 20" x 4"

How many of these (the smaller fixture) would you fit into a 60" x 60" tent?
I hear mine sing but thats just a bug in my head i thinkA burning bug?
That was new to me. I have only experienced the crackling/pop sound to be seeds
Do you have some pictures of your plants and yeild?i pull half a kilo under these and my limiting factor is humidity control. 450w of cxb1830s. half a kilo under 500w shouldn’t be that hard
