What do you think go for 1 or 2 plants In scrog or last?

2 photos in 5gal bags I'n a 5x3x3

Could grow one big plant under lst but the veg/cost would be higher than if I was to throw 2 plants under .....

What do you reckon

Can I veg the plant slow but longer

I have a 480watt qb . I'm thinking veg under 150 watts for 2 months then flower around 350 watt for 5 weeks and then 480 for.the final stint ?

Two thoughts
One plant or two it’s better in a scrog to go with a clone of something you have ran before
And when it comes down to it
Losing a plant late in flower because it’s a herm or male is for worse and than a little extra veg time
I like to run one but I know you are after variety as well
Lower wattage in veg isn’t my style I crank it up

2 would require a shorter Veg time.
I agree with @Herb & Suds on using clones ,we are doing our first attempt at a scrog, and did it from seed. We have 3 different phenos of Jack Herer. And it looks like 1 is going to take weeks longer to finish compared to the other 2. Yayyyyy

Unfortunately clones aren't an option as of yet . Cannot buy clones here and at this moment in time I'm just looking to do a small grow . Eventually I will get around to pheno plucking and cloning from a mother plant

480w of led in a 3x3 seems like major overkill, mine never got turned up beyond 300 in the same footprint.
2 hlg 648's with a single 320w driver
