what do you think of this light with my grow room?

I am looking at purchasing this light for my grow room. What do you guys think? I think that it has the ability to run either MH or HPS, according to the picture of the ballast. If I am correct then I can use this for both veg and flower right (if I change the bulbs). I plan on buying new bulbs for this before use.

My grow room can be found here....

Am I asking for heat issues with this setup? I have a small window AC I can run but would really rather not cut into the tent to vent it in. I plan on using the the current exhaust to vent the light out and adding a second intake for it and a second exhaust for the room.

I can not increase the height any more, but there is a joist space above the cieling that I could cut a hole in the cieling to move the light up into, but then I would need to seal it again.

Please spare me the Craigslist is a bad idea speech I have read and understand many of the views (going both ways) and feel this is the best option for me right now. Price is less than the add.

seems like a good deal if its legit.. just remember that 600 watt bulbs are a special type of bulb and In my experience you can only get them online or at a growshop.. food for thought.. I don't even know if they make a 600 watt mh bulb, but you can use hps for veg and bloom. You really wont see much of a difference when using just hps

Buying online does not bother me. It's safer that way since I do live in a small town ya know. Do you think I will have heat issues with my current setup if i use the 600W and no AC?

Depends how cold your room gets.. You can use a fan to suck the hot air outta it and it should work fine, just keep an eye on the temps and modify if needed. Is your tents sealed?

If you exclude the intake and exhaust ports it is sealed using a lot of duct tape and Velcro for the door. Intakes have a dual layer of floor register filters, regular white cotton. Exhaust is a cap with a charcoal filter taped to it. It is in the basement and in the summer it never goes above 65* down there.

I have a 600 watt MH bulb in a cabinet in a 6" cool tube and a 4 inch vortex cooling it.. only have heat problems when it gets over 85 outside, then I just open the door...
