I am new to growing and was curious what y'all thought. Does plant seem healthy? Do you see anything wrong? Just thoughts in general. Thanks guys!

I started out with 10 6500k 23 watt cfl during veg. I just started flowering andNow I'm using 10 2700k 23 watt CFLs and I'm adding 2 4 bulb 4ft t8 tube floresents tomorrow.
 
I do have a few leaves that have had a little problems. I will post pics tomorrow. Its lights out right now so I can't disturb them. I'm letting them get their 12 hours of beauty rest.
 
Well I have given the girls(hopefully) a better home. My current setup is

8 23 watt 2700k CFLs hanging close
8 40 watt 3000k t12s on the sides.
Back wall and top have mylar blanket.
Fan blows on them from bottom up.
All is ran off a digital timer set to 12/12.
I know I made a stupid rookie mistake by having more than one plant per pot. (I'm stupid) lol
I used an organic soil with moss.
I water 3 to 4 times then feed.
I switched to 12/12 3 days ago and just changed feed to 12-55-6.

So am I making any mistakes other than having too many plants per pot? 3 each pot.
