What do you use and why 24/7 vers 18/6

anybody read this article before. just found it. makes me question my 24/7 light cycle for veg. hell for seedling, clones, and veg.

anybody else go 24/7 for veg?

17/3/1/3 been doin it this way for awhile now and it seems to give me more fems from seed, it may just be a coincidence but I believe in it. my clones are 24/0 for 2 weeks than straight to flower mothers on 18/6

24/0 for me, i would like to try out 18/6 but i have heard if you switch in the middle of veg, you could trick them into thinking there trying to flower causing hermies, i dont know how much truth there is behind this... anyone chime in on that???

My setup:

Germinated to first sprout: 24/0 (CFL)

Sprout: 20/4 (CFL)

Veg: 20/4 (HPS)

Flower: 12/12 (MH)

I think you mixed up HPS and MH

Well I actually am going to use both (HPS and MH) for this grow in particular. I think thats the best for flowering.
