What Does LST/COB Mean?

i was just reading a post and the original poster kept saying LST/COB. i kno lst =low stress training, but i never heard of COB

google says it means "close of business" but i dont think thats what he meant

just found out it prob means california orange bud

Pretty old thread, found it on Google. But Likely the acronym COG paired with LST, means a sort of circle LST method where you continue to LST your plant into a circle around your container. This gives multiple tops, but I would def make sure you have hella root space. This method would work perfectly if you are interested in a SCROG grow. (Screen of Green). If I am wrong in any of my information, please let me know.

COB= circle of bud. You grow a plant - top it to get 2 tops, then grow the tops to around 20" then tie the 2 tops down around the edge of the bucket-
