What does my plant have exactly?

I let my tent get a little to hot for 45 Minutes and it really fucked up my plant, burnt the outter leaves and stopped growth for a while, they've recovered a little and have now continued to grow. But ever since they seem really droopy and the leaves are quite tough also it smells more like a grassy plant then weed. Temperatures have been stable 28 Degrees for the past week now, I can put it under a 400 Watt but it seems like it can't handle it yet so its chilling with the 250 Watt. I'm guessing i've overwatered and lack of humidity (or dry air). Am I completely wrong or? Thanks in advance

Looks relatively healthy, I'd guess it would bounce back pretty soon. I've had cabinets get up over 105°f and they bounced back after a couple of days.
