If you are covered by the injunction you are allowed to grow until the gov. Amends the MMPR in 6 months. From what I understand MMPR patients will not have that right until the new MMPR is written.

they have to re-write the regime. Phelan gave them 6 months to run a program that includes our right to grow.
they said the MMAR was flawed so they created the MMPR and that was found to be unconstitutional so BAD EXEMPTION..
