What fertilizer and nutrients should I mix with Fox Farms Ocean Forest?

I'm wondering what I should mix with FFOF to get a bigger yield and when I should add the nutrients and fertilizer?
This is an indoor grow and its my first time growing and I'm only growing 2 plants one is a White Widow x Big Bud and the other is a Critical +.
So anything to help me would be greatly appreciated! Please feel free to leave me some tips and problems that usually go wrong for first timers!

What sunshine said, I mix Happy Frog with 33% perlite.

white widow x Big Bud, didn't have very good luck with that.
Critical +, that's a beautiful plant to grow. never had a bad grow wit h it.

I grew with the whole Fox Farm Line for several years. It's some good nutrients.
I also grew with the General Hydroponics Flora Nova Line. IMO it's a better line of nutrients.

Humbolt makes some good Supplements. I've had good sucess using them.

Gravity- Makes your buds denser.
Bush Master- Breaks the plants apical dominance. I use it in flower, it stops the plant from stretching.
Snow Storm- increases trichrome production.

Be careful using nutes with the fox farms ocean forest soil, its pretty hot. Not as hot as a lot of people make it out to be (many say you can't start seedlings in it, or can't add any nutes for 6 weeks with it and I've done both without any problems).

I can't speak for any other nutrients (BC I've never used them), but personally I'm using the roots organic line by aurora with my fox farms. It keeps your grow 100% organic (big plus for me), and its not as easy to burn with organic nutes BC the uptake by the plant is different than synthetic nutes. They aren't as fast acting; with synthetic nutes, you can see a difference overnight (especially if you've overfed, they will show burn within a day or two). With organics, it can take up to a week to see signs of over feeding.

For that reason alone (harder to burn) I like the roots organics line. You definitely can still burn your plants with it, but its not as easy. Plus, you can work your way up with the concentrations, and in addition to the fox farms soil you can acclimate your plants to where they are LOADED with nutes, and handling it all fine.

Fox Farms soil is good stuff, like ThorGanjason said ppl say its HOT but ive used it for the pass 4 years with seedlings and clones and never once had a issue. Here is the feeding schedule, http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/frontpage/feeding-schedules.html its pretty simple and straight forward, ive had to add an extra 5ml of nutes here and there depending on the strain but for the most part its dead on with Cannabis and normal plants IE i use the same schedule for my hot peppers, garlic, and cherry tomato plants.

I used it outside years back and although I was satisfied, I would not use it inside with soil. I have seen it become problematic when soil dries slowly, its' often overused, and frankly there is missing elements I want in my fertilizer. It is good for beginning....go easy though.

He's got a good point about it drying slowly. If you go with just straight ffof soil, even in smart pots (fabric pots) it can take 4-5 days between waterings to get nice and dry enough for the roots to get oxygen.

I add a few handfuls of perlite to it when used inside, and add a lime for long term calcium and magnesium (without the perlite) for plants that I take outside.
