What grow method are you guys using?

Ahh lookin really nice man. I actually enjoyed growing in coco, just the hand watering everything that started to bug me, dealing with the run off really. I'm trying to get rid of any standing water that's not covered.Coco hand watered and bottle fed (currently Remo Nutrients).

I think I'm gonna go back to coco Hempys. I used to have some monsters like that, I'd like to keep them smaller now though and easier to deal with.
I found some 24"x36" trays for mixing cement at Home Depot today for $12 a piece. I'm just gonna fit a drain into a few of them and start a smaller drip system. I think I'm turning into the worst kind of grower, a lazy one

I've thought about switching to coco .. I like being able to leave the garden for a couple days though..what's the longest you go without watering ?

I know when I used it you have to make sure your pots are big enough. A lot of times when the plants got bigger I needed to water twice in the same day. I think it was because they had such large root balls though.

I ended up here due to financial hardship. I had been doing hydroton in a CAP ebb and flow system for years, but she finally gave up the ghost. I'm just using coco in those same 2.5 gal pots and evacuating runoff with a shop vac. I am lazy (or at least disabled) and would love to get back to water if ever a financial option again.Ahh lookin really nice man. I'm only in 2.5 gallon pots and using only pure coco (no perlite). I water once daily, but could get by every other if need be. Although, my last run of Bruce Banner #3 really pushed the capacity of these small pots with a light perlite mix. I'm sure a blumat or drip system and larger pots would allow you to get away for a few days when need be.

I've been growing too many OGs lately, they mostly yield like crap
I drool when I see fat nuggets like that. I thought about switching to ebb and flo years ago but for whatever reason I just never went and bought one. It's a good chunk of money for something that I'm not sure if it's going to yield the way I want it to or not. I knew a guy that was using the botanicare line with ebb and flo on another (now defunct) site and he said it was getting him outstanding yields.

Yeah I was checking out the Blumat kits not too long ago on Amazon. They cost a little more than I expected but from a convenience stand point I think they'd be worth it.

Careful with what nutes you use with Blumats,they plug easily and won't shut off till the res is empty.

Hey everyone just figured I'd chime in . First post under this name. I had an account some years ago but I was not able to get back into it ?? Some of my first indoor grows on that page
Anyways I have been growing with house and garden nutes full line and tupur coco for over a year now BUT no matter what I do I end up with very disgusting tasting Meds so even though I am pulling an easy 2 oz per gallon of sticky crystally crap , haha (sad really) I am gonna give organics and live soil a shot to get something worth while .

There's no reason for anything to taste that bad, I think you might be burning those things up a little bit. You might want to drop you ppms down some. I see a lot of crispy, upward pointing leaves.

The reason they are crispy is because I have been feeding straight ro water now for 7 days. They are perfectly green up until that point?? But I'm definitely no pro , hence the crappy tasting Meds! I go up to about 1200-1300 runoff then hit with 1 ml a+b base nutes as sort of a mini flush usually every 3 rd watering. I use the full line and stop its use completely a week before they are finished and feed ph 5.8 water and molasses for 7 days then 7 days straight ro, then chop. I let them get very yellow in an attempt to clean all residual nutes.
