What happened to Ryan Moats is terrible.

This story has really had major updates the last few days. Another NFL player came forward, (sorry don't recall the name) and said the same cop gave his wife 5 tickets, handcuffed her and hauled her to jail for 3 hours over a U-turn. She ended up released from jail and 4 of the tickets were dropped. Sure shows an abuse of power.

Then the cop came out to the press and said he was 'wrong' for his behavior.

Now he's resigned. What a douche. Moats should get 3 free hits on that cop. Bare fisted........

Screw 3 hits, I'm sure he wants to beat that cop to a pulp and he wouldn't be wrong to want to do it.

Moats is some kind of saint---he forgave the cop---with his word the cop would have been fired and he and his wife accepted the cops apology. I'm guessing the public harassment made the cop quit---he'll turn up in another town.

I think the bad press made the department lean on him to quit. If he's gone, maybe they can avoid any lawsuits. It's hard to say who else has some out of the woodwork with complaints.

If he does this to prominent people in the community we can only image how he treats normal citizens. Looking at his picture he looks like one of those guys tortured in high school by everyone. He looks like a punk. He'll find a job in a smaller department where they encourage this kind of behavior. If it were me, and I was apart of IA i'd look into not only his filings but the filings of the other officers as well. If he's misallocating funds like this, I think it's safe to assume alot of officers within his PD are doing the same things.

I think its safe to assume a GRIP of cops throughout the US are doing that shit......abusing power and stealing because they feel they are above the law

I just read an article about a woman who was in jail 5 months pregnant and her water broke in the middle of the night and the guards ignored her for over 4 hours and didn't come until she said she'd had the baby in the toilet. The baby died before it got to the hospital. The guards story turned into "we came in and she was having the baby, doh....we didn't know before that.....doh........"

Had she went to the hospital as soon as her water broke, like she'd wanted to, maybe the baby wouldn't have died. They should all be charged with murder.
