What happened to this plant?

Temp high 82F low 77F and I was using a sideking 250w full spectrum led light and it was 12in from canopy
12" might be a little too close. Looks like most of your curled leaves are on top of the plant, so I would raise the light a little. That's also not much of a temp swing...Can you get it a little cooler at night....70f at night would be much better.

And maybe just give them water without nutes for a week Just calmag if anything AND ph it....a little on the high side if anything. The bottom of the plant looks OK...You can bring it back.

Good job keeping it alive. While those yellow burn spots will never go away, you can keep it from spreading anymore by continuing to do what you are doing. Never use more than 1/2tsp per gallon of Tiger Bloom. NEVER. Start with 1/4tsp and add only as needed.

From my experience, those curled up leaves are usually the sign of heat stress/light being too close. One of those or a combination of the two.
