What happens if my ec levels are too low ?

iv got 4 plants and there stunted but iv kept the ec levels at 1.0 and there 5 weeks into veg im guessing this is too low ??

what happens if the ec of my nutes is too low !?

one of my plants is alot smaller then the others should i have a lower ec for that plant ??

any help appreciated.

heres the conversion chart for ppm and ec and heres the rough guid of what your ppm's should be at diffrent stages---->
Seedlings, Early Sprouts 100 to 250
Early Vegging 300 to 400
Full Vegetation 450 to 700
Early Blooming 750 to 950
Full Mature Blooms 1000 to 1600

raises the ec by adding more nutes which is what you should be doing with them being 5 weeks in veg! :)
