i have been very unconsistant about turning my lights off. i turn them on every day at the same time. but i have been turning them off 1-3 hours late the past week.i know i should get a light timer i am planning to get one after someone answers this question but how much damage has been done to my plant or is it not a big deal.she is 3 weeks old under flurresent 100 watt i am tryng to do it right for veggitative growth 18/6 but like i said not consistant.

you are causing them some stress. get a timer because MJ likes consistant lighting especially when you go to 12/12.

well you obviously know that you are at risk of causing a hermie but thats more in flowering cycle, if you get a timer (like everyone already suggested) you should be fine i dont think that she is going to go hermie if you are just vegging, it can place some stress on the plant though so just respect the plants you are groing and get them a proper light cycle. my best guess is that shes okay though i mean after all it is a weed.
