What is a good nutrient level for hydro?

1400 to flower and 15-1600 for mother plants, o nutes for clones and 1/4 strengthish nutes for seedlings then bump up to half and so on and so on:leaf:

What do the numbers on my pen mean? I got a reading of 1 when put into my food, and 26 with tap water. Do you know what kind of scale this is?

the optimum nute level is 5.8. i go from 5.0 to 6.0 in a 2 pot 10 gallon bubbleponic system
